Track customer buying patterns and competitor activity, reporting findings regularly. Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve products, and grow market share. Maintain and update customer databases accurately for CRM purposes. Resolve or escalate customer queries and warranty claims in line with company policies. Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. Educate customers on technical product changes and align their strategies with company marketing efforts. Conduct customer visits, assist with credit applications, and monitor monthly sales performance. Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and procedures. Report risks and discrepancies to management. Conduct pricing surveys and ensure sales targets are met. Manage discounts and expenses within set parameters to control costs. Work closely with Territory Teams and Regional Sales Managers to support customer needs. Provide ideas for increasing sales, improving customer service, and enhancing business relationships. Track competitor activity and report on technical developments for potential escalation to relevant teams. Monitor costs and expenses, presenting opportunities to reduce waste. Ensure compliance with expense policies and manage costs within budgetary limits.
