Area Sales Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Sales Manager in Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, goal-driven professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Sales Consultants.
Drive sales growth and manage profit margins.
Implement and manage the companys multichannel strategy.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Ensure effective communication and team focus on company objectives.
Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions within the team.

Requirements:
Matric or equivalent; marketing/business degree or diploma preferred.
Proven track record in sales management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong strategic thinking and emotional quotient capabilities.
Computer literate (MS Office) with product knowledge relevant to the industry.
Clear disciplinary, criminal, and credit records.
