Responsibilities: Will be responsible for manufacturing engineering, industrial and process engineering related functions. Supports production facility related production and engineering development activities. Production process- and equipment planning, documentation, monitoring & optimization through implementation of LEAN principles. Participation in engineering development and operator training. Support production line and manufacturing/process engineering needs. Facilities and tooling development. Qualification and Experience: B.Eng. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 3 years experience in an Automotive manufacturing environment. Experience in lean manufacturing. Understanding of time study/line balancing.
