Salary: Monthly (Market related)
Our client in the Automotive Industry in Silverton is looking for an Industrial Engineering Manager to join them.
Minimum requirements:

7 - 10 Years experience in the Automotive Industry
BEng / BTech Industrial, Mechanical Engineering / Operations
BEng / BTech Management / Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

Review, manage and drive Layout setup and optimization
Lean initiatives setup (Waste Removal, JIT, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED)
Review, manage and drive World Class Production Systems Integration
Operations Staff training
Drive / improve Work Instruction verification procedures
Headcount / Manning planning
Review, manage and drive Process Improvements
Review, manage and drive Cost Reduction Projects
Experience seeing Kaizen projects through the full life cycle
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
