What You Will Do:
Optimise Processes: Conduct method and time studies to boost process effectiveness.
Analyse and Improve: Perform loss and waste analysis to enhance efficiency.
Lead Projects: Support, own, and execute focused improvement projects and initiatives.
Solve Problems: Drive and support root cause analysis in operational areas.
Manage Projects: Oversee capital projects from start to finish.
Research and Present: Conduct research, document findings, and present reports at the meeting.

What you will need to be considered:
Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Sciences or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with a major in Industrial Engineering.
A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies.
Additional Requirements:
Relevant Experience: Any vacation experience or part-time work is valued.
Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office are essential.
CAD Proficiency: Experience with CAD is highly advantageous.
Effective Communicator: Ability to relate to and communicate confidently across various organisational levels.
