Industrial Engineering External Sales Account Representative for External clients - Cape TownPosition Type: Permanent PositionMinimum Qualifications:Matric certificateEngineering Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a Sales diplomaMust have a valid driver's licenseJob Responsibilities:Prepare and complete quotes timeously.Prioritize quotes to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.Provide product information, address customer queries, and guide them through the sales process.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.Provide regular updates on progress as well as challenges.Gather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction and areas for improvement.Communicate feedback to relevant teams for continuous product or service enhancement.Travel to various sites to meet with clients and gather information to compile quotes.Additional Requirements:Must be prepared to travel to external customers and bring in new customers.Experience in Industrial Engineering as an external Sales Representative; experience in Reconfiguration Industries is a bonus.Experience in doing presentations for external customers on products requested and to close deals.Interest in obtaining tenders for the company if needed.Assist in managing customer relationships and expectations.Salary: Market related R25 000 – R40 000 CTC - Negotiable.
