Industrial Engineer - Johannesburg This role focuses on improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the warehouse.

Key Responsibility Areas: Process improvement Facility layout and design Data analysis and reporting Inventory management Labor management Continuous improvements Technology integration Health and safety Project management Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably within a warehouse or distribution centre environment Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for layout design Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerQuery, Power BI) Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency in simulation modelling and tools such as AnyLogic or similar software
