Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities:
Monitors operations to improve productivity and efficiency.Designs efficient production processes and workflows.Ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards.Reduces waste and addresses production issues.Develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.Driving economic development by creating innovative solutions, advancing technology, and improving infrastructure.
Requirements:

B Eng Industrial Engineering Degree required.
Project Management Qualification
3 years of Project Management experience
3 years of production and operational experience
Must be able to work unsupervised within a team and possess clear communication skills.
The individual must be energetic and able to cope with physical tasks.
Good verbal communication skills.
Good Leadership.
Analytical and Critical Thinking Ability
Logical Thinking and Judgment Ability
Hard working, reliable, and prepared to work overtime.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Willing to adapt to change, driven and dynamic.
Ability to work in a team and be service-orientated.
Self-motivated and used to a high-performance culture.
Ability to work for long hours as and when required.
Experience in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs (Process Optimization)
Proficiency in data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Understanding of supply chain dynamics to optimize the flow of materials and products, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers and distributors.
