Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalentDiploma in Industrial EngineeringProject Management (advantageous)2-5 years' experienceAutomotive experience (advantageous) Technical Skills and Specialist Knowledge:Use of Measuring EquipmentStrong communication skillsLeadership skills to deliver projects, processes, and manufacturing improvements in a lean manufacturing environmentAnalytical thinkerProblem-solving skillsTeamworkProficiency in MS Office Roles and Responsibilities:Eliminate waste and enhance efficiencyImplement continuous improvement initiativesApply 5S and safety/environmental practicesEnsure quality standards are metManage attendance and people developmentHandle general operational tasks as required
