Job DescriptionRPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.Responsibilities:Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify areas for improvementManage production schedules and coordinate services to optimize productivityAnalyze employees' tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to enhance productivityImplement process improvements and technological upgrades to increase efficiencyDesign control systems to minimize costs and production issuesDevelop design and production standards in collaboration with management and usersPrepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and production reportsDesign facility layouts and determine personnel requirementsTrain staff on new processes and provide instructions and manualsMaintain process documentation and ensure accurate production reportingRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldProven experience as an Industrial Engineer in the Packaging industryAdvanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issuesOrganizational and documentation skillsProficiency in MS OfficeBenefits:Salary: R540k - R420k per annumContact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
