Are you an experienced Inbound Tour Consultant with a passion for creating extraordinary travel experiences? We're expanding our team and seeking dynamic individuals to join us in our new Tyger Valley workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft seamless Inbound Tours with a minimum of 5 years' experience.Possess detailed logistical destination knowledge of Southern Africa Destinations.Showcase a wide variety of product knowledge across borders.Nurture strong supplier relationships to enhance customer experiences.Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.Demonstrate a natural inquisitive nature to enhance client interactions.Additional Skills Bonus:
Familiarity with Tourplan.Proficiency in an additional foreign language.Eager to explore new opportunities.This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, office-bound position with after-hours client support tasks on a rotation basis.Successful candidates will be those who require minimal training time, exhibit excitement to be part of a tight-knit team, and include reputable reference contacts in their application submissions.
