In-store Advertising Sales Representative Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated In-store Advertising Sales Representative to join our Sales team at Grapevine Retail. As a leading player in the industry, Grapevine Retail is dedicated to providing innovative advertising solutions to our clients, and we are looking for a talented individual to contribute to our success.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving bespoke print and other advertising solutions within our retail stores, creating impactful campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients. Your objective will be to maximise revenue and achieve sales targets by effectively promoting our advertising services and products.
Responsibilities: Identify and target potential consumer brands with a need to brand in-store and in mallsDevelop and maintain relationships with key decision-makersPresent and sell advertising solutions to clients, emphasizing the benefits and value they will receiveCreate and execute effective advertising campaigns in collaboration with clientsMonitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activitiesCollaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and promotional materialsAttend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client baseKnow and develop a key understanding of print substrates, digital solutions and other point of purchase solutions.Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Five years previous experience in advertising salesProven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation and persuasion abilitiesAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsKnowledge of advertising principles and techniquesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated and target-drivenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrint and digital signage knowledge a competitive advantageIf you are passionate about sales, advertising, and driving business growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact.
