Imports Supply Line Coordinator

Purpose of the JobTo ensure all import processes are completed on time and that all shipments arrive on time in the most cost-effective manner.
These activities include monitoring vendor-related activities, proactive order well management, performing administrative duties, and reporting and data analysis functions.Job ObjectivesTo compile and monitor order well reportsShipping line nominationThe management of all shipping documentationResolve Bamboo Rose queriesComplete clearing instructionsInvoice validationEnsure container readinessSAP GTS and complianceResponsible for all data analysis and reportingVendor e-Learning and onboardingCFS consolidationsAirfreightDemurrage investigationsLSP and 3rd party meetingsThe management of client and vendor relationshipsQualificationsBCom degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.Experience2-3 years experience in either Imports, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or Customs environment.Knowledge and SkillsStrong communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and workable knowledge of data evaluation/manipulation.Applicant Feedback PolicyShoprite endeavours to provide feedback to all candidates whenever possible.
