Main Duties and Responsibilities: Operational Registering Files on Ship Shape and ensuring a digital copy is on the serverInvoicing and file balancing on Ship ShapeAll correspondence to the client relating to their stock and shipmentsCustoms Entries and AcquittalsBill of Ladings Obtaining release from shipping linesProcessing Cargo DuesProcessing of Creditors invoicesStatus reportsBooking freight ad hocMonth End ReportsAudit Queries and full financial management of fileCustoms STOP knowledgeState vet / Port HealthNRCS Customer Service All service levels pertaining to the clients requirements.Effective use of e-mail communicationsAlways communicate professionally with all parties.Customer service to be optimal Communication This department is fully responsible for all communication levels, which include:
