Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Solution crafting and documentation abilities.
ITSM ServiceNow Knowledge.

Advantageous Skills:

Practical knowledge of OneIdentity IAM solution.
Ability to review and troubleshoot scripts and code.
Fluency in German speaking and translation.
SAP Knowledge - SAP IAM.
Knowledge of identity access management processes and protocols in Azure and AWS.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Assertiveness and pro-active management and responsiveness.
Analytical thinking skills.
Independent way of working.

Qualifications and Experience:
Successfully completed degree in computer science/communications engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the IT sector, preferably in IAM systems development and maintenance.
