Hydraulics Engineering Manager

Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). BSc or BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering. Computer Literate. Experience in Hydraulics Background and in-depth knowledge. Managerial experience is required. Responsibilities: Oversee the development and execution of engineering projects. Design Hydraulic components. Provide technical advice to both customers and colleagues within the company. Site visits for technical advice. Liaise with various stakeholder. Internal training to fellow colleagues on products and technical matters. Check and approve manufacturing drawings. Assist in the testing of hydraulic components. Generating quotes for products and systems to be manufactured. Lead and manage projects. Manage engineering department. Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of engineering projects. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to engineering standards. Collaborate with other departments to align project goals and objectives. Drive process improvements and innovation within the engineering team.
