Hvac Technician / Supervisor - Facilities

A leading facilities management company in Dubai, specializing in providing comprehensive solutions to to their clients, is currently seeking a specialist in HVAC and Facilities Maintenance. Education & Experience:Trade Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical Building Services, Public Health Services, Carpentry, Masonry, or a similar field.Minimum of 5 years of working experience.Demonstrated leadership and self-management skills.Strong English communication skills.Understanding of commercial management is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.Young, hungry, and keen to learn and progress. Job Experience & Skills Required:Oversee and manage multiple projects and activities within the facilities.Ensure all work is completed within tender allowances and commercial management guidelines.Maintain accurate and thorough record-keeping.Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.Must be willing to relocate to Dubai and work as a permanent expat (via renewal every two years).Previous experience in a similar position abroad will be an extra advantage.
