Human Resources Officer

PH Attorneys is looking for dedicated and hard-working Human Resources Officer to join the team and help execute the human resource management requirements needed within the company and its related entities. Qualifications & experience: A qualification in human resources or a related field is required. 3 - 5-year experience in human resources management in a corporate work environmentA comprehensive knowledge of human resources and related labour functions and practices applicable to a corporate work environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and professionally with staff at all levels.A strong work ethic and high standards for work quality and confidentialityAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Highly computer literateProficiency with human resource management software could be beneficial
Responsibilities will include: Reporting to management regarding human resource related mattersMaintaining employee filesMaintaining, updating and implementing workplace policies and proceduresPreparing and amending employment and related contractsOnboarding new employeesAssisting with payroll and benefit administrationSkills development and training management and reportingRecruitment managementEmployee terminations and exit processesEmployment Equity management and reportingHuman resource related compliance managementAll other human resources related functions and queriesHow to apply:
