Responsibilities- Recruitment and Selection (end-to-end):o Identifying recruitment needs.o Drafting and designing job descriptions.o Sourcing candidates through various channels.o Screening and conducting interviews alongside the relevant line managers.o Onboarding of new employees.o Reference checks- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and onboarding presentations.- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, offering guidance and support on HR policies, procedures and best practices.- Provide administrative support to the HR department.- Manage HR-related documentation, such as contract of employment and personnel files in compliance with legal requirements.- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.- Employee Welfare: promote employee well-being and contribute to fostering a positive work culture.- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing guidance on performance improvement plans.- Support employee relations initiatives and contribute to fostering a positive work culture.- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.Requirements & Qualifications- A Diploma in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology is essential, a Degree would be advantageous.- A minimum of 5 years experience in a HR role which includes the full recruitment life cycle.- Experience in the aviation and engineering sector will be advantageous.- Valid drivers licence.Required Skills & Knowledge- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, and Word)- High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and excellent communication and inter-personal skills.- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
