Location: South Africa We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to support a team of talent partnersand hiring managerwith their talent acquisition process for a multinational business.You will support the wider talent acquisition team by coordinating candidate interviews, ensuring all systems are up to date with the relevant candidate documentation, maintaining and updating the recruitment metrics and reporting. You will also support our internal client stakeholders with anything else they my require from a talent coordination process.Your responsibilities will include: Take ownership of the recruitment coordination process ensuring that all talent partners are informed and involved at the appropriate recruitment stages. Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessment with internal stakeholders, collating candidate results and providing relevant documentation at each stage of theprocess. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, by supporting movement of candidates into the offer and contractstages of the process,providing updates, answering questions, and providing feedback throughout the candidate process. Work closely with the talent partners in managing their applicant tracking systems and selection process. Ensure the ATS, and other relevant CRM systems, are kept up to date with relevant commentary and status updates. Assist the team with completing regular reporting activities by gathering and analysing data, preparing reports, and identifying trends and areas for improvement. Ensure that at all times recruitmentmetrics are being tracked and monitored appropriately. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. What we are looking for: Ideally 2 or more years of experience as a recruitment coordinatorwithin a fast-paced operational environment. Ability to support and collaborate with multiple talent partners and hiring managers. Strong proven track record working on Excel, especially with developing, updating and maintaining reports. Experience with PowerPoints, especially with developing and building out decks. Being proactive in your approach ensuring that all talent acquisition activities are carried out in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
