Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources (Required) Experience: 10 years Generalist HR experience 5 years team management experience Mining industry experience (essential) SABPP registered Duties: Ensure the coordination of quality, effective, easily accessible, and consistent one-stop transactional HR services and advise to line management and employees. Ensure compliance with all HR related legislation (i.e., BCEA; EEA; LRA; MPRDA, etc.). Effective budgetary management and cost control.
