HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – (MULTI PROPERTY) - Sandton, Johannesburg or Cape Town – R70,000
Must have experience working in the hospitality industry.
Our client is seeking an experienced HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to oversee HR functions across multiple properties, primarily in the hospitality sector. This role involves managing human resources for properties based in Johannesburg or Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and staffing: Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent across various properties, ensuring adequate staffing at each location.
Employee relations: Address employee concerns, foster a positive work environment, and promote clear communications between staff and management.
Training and development: Implement training programs to enhance skills, support career growth, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Performance management: Oversee performance evaluations, help managers set goals, and guide employee development.
Policy implementation: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across properties, adapting them to meet local requirements.
Compensation and benefits: Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Grade 12 and relevant qualifications.
Experience: Minimum of three years in a similar role. Must have hospitality experience.
Leadership skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams across various locations.
Interpersonal skills: Excellent communications and relationship-building abilities.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle responsibilities across multiple properties.
