As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. Collaborating with department heads to identify training and development needs and facilitate learning opportunities for staff. Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and promotes teamwork. Requirements: Relevant degree in Human Resources Management (NQF Level 7) essential. Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR manager, preferably within the healthcare industry/generalist. In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in Payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license and own car essential.
