Human Resources Manager

Qualifications and Experience· Diploma required. Degree in Human Resources preferable· At least 5 to 10 year's work experience in a similar role· People orientated and results driven· Knowledge in HR systems and databases· Ability to implement strategy along with leadership skills· Proven experience in handling labour disputes, conciliation, mediations and arbitration· Working knowledge of the Seta, grants, levies, learnerships, skills programs and graduate placements· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company· In-depth knowledge of SA labour law and HR best practice· Enthusiastic and energetic approach to people-related problem solving processes· MS Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
