Mission:
Support regional HR Manager and HRBP on people and leadership initiatives and administrative duties.

Main Duties Responsibilities:

Support the Regional HR manager and HR business partner
Proactively use the data to suggest improvements and alignment with business needs
Help to prepare and execute site visits including supporting the delivery of management trainings on site
Provide information to internal leaders on employment related issues, including hiring, organizational changes, promotions and exits
Secure implementation of compensation and benefits related changes, including Variable Compensation and commissions
Preparing and following up of employee engagement plans and activities
Provide assistance with talent and performance management in operations
Help to ensure compliance with applicable internal policies, law and regulations
Proactively work with continuous improvement
Be a role-model for the digital way of working
Adopt an agile mindset in all activities


Skills, Competence and Experience:

Fluency in English is a key requirement.
2-4 years' work experience, including HR and/or administration
Experience in at least 2 of the following HR functions: hiring, compensation and benefits, HR administration, talent development and learning.
Knowledge of labor legislation
Knowledge of MS Office


Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or Behavioral Science
