The purpose of the role is act in direct partnership with management teams and business units as key enabler in all areas related to People, with a distinct view to maximise performance and support the delivery of appropriate people and organisational solutions.

Ensure HR Policy compliance
Training and Development
Employee Relations Assistance
Performance Management
Human Resources Administration
Transformation (BBBEE, Skills Development and Employment Equity).
HR Projects

Minimum requirements
Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities, and Experience:
Bachelors degree or similar HR Qualification
3 (Three) years experience in Human Resources Management or HR Business Partnering
In depth knowledge and working experience on all Labour Legislation Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act, and BBBEE Act
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels.
Good organizational skills
Business writing, reporting and presentation skills.
Good computer skills Microsoft applications.
Extensive HR Generalist knowledge and experience including Management of Payroll.
Experience in managing HR with numerous business units employing 150 300 employees.
Experience within the Logistics Industry.
Experience of working with unionized workforces.
Able to travel locally and to neighbouring countries - Eswatini
