Our technology/software SaaS client in Parow Cape Town is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to work with senior management and people managers of respective business units to provide support to drive HR strategies. You will focus on:

Learning & Development
Organizational Development
HR Information Systems
Remuneration Benefits
Industrial Relations (IR)

Salary: Negotiable plus benefits – Hybrid role
Min Requirements:

Honors Degree in Human Resources
5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably from a tech, technology, IT, Software, technical, and/or engineering sector

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering: Talent Management / Workforce Planning / Top Talent Management / Onboarding / Industrial Relations / Policies: Contributes to the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures / Succession Planning / Performance Management
Learning And Development
Organizational Development: Recognition Awards Reinvigorate / Exit Interviews / Wellness: Support the rollout of Wellness Activities
HR Information Systems: Employee Data: Accountable for employee data / Org Charts & JDs: Review and regularly update org charts
Remuneration And Benefits: Support the rollout of the Increase management process etc. / Payroll / Job Grading / Benefits: Manage the full coordination of Medical Aid and Provident fund.
