What will make you successful in this role?Human Resources administration support and coordination with regard to: Recruitment, selection and induction processesHandling management and staff enquiries relating to HR processes, policies and systemsMonthly HR reports for relevant business units i.e. Headcount, Appointments, Terminations and Exits reportsDiary management and travel arrangementsGeneral office managementAd hoc supportQualification & experience A completed Human Resources/Organisational Psychology degree3-5 years recent HR administration experienceA good understanding and knowledge of HR related processes and systemsExperience in SuccessFactors will be advantageousComputer literate in MS Office i.e. word, excel and power pointKnowledge and skills Cultivates InnovationClient FocusDrives ResultsCollaboratesFlexibility and AdaptabilityAction orientatedPlans and alignsOptimises work processesConcern for order and accuracyEffective Communication skillsBuild a successful career with usWe're all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
