JD Specialized Recruitment is currently partnering with an exclusive, award-winning luxury lodge in Mpumalanga, to recruit qualified & experienced HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR to join their team.
Qualifications / Experience

A relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources from a reputable institution.
3 - 5 years' experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures and a broad understanding of relevant legislation.
Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task in a high-pressured environment.
High levels of integrity and ethics with an approachable demeanour.
Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
Computer literate – Pastel Payroll, MS Word, and Excel in particular.
Stable employment history and contactable references.
