Ensure that your department allows for adequate daily time to be spent on QMSEnsure that adequate communication channels are open to discuss the QMS progress and development within the depotEnsure that documents and records in your area are controlled as per the QMS and that all absolute and outdated documents are dealt with according to the relevant procedureEnsure that Non-conformance reports are completed and closed off in the allocated time frameOther DutiesAny other duties required by the Financial Manager or other Senior Manager at Company.
Qualification, Skills and CompetenceMinimum 5 years in an FMCG environmentDiploma in Human Resource ManagementComputer literate in MS Office PackageExperience in a dynamic, high-volume operating environmentKnowledge of Health and Safety Procedures, Requirements and LegislationAbove average interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to motivate a large teamAbility to schedule tasks and prioritize actionsAbility to allocate resources effectively and delegate tasksExcellent organizational skillsAble to deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner
