As the Human Resource Officer you will be responsible for the below:Oversee full-cycle recruitment.Handle employee onboarding/offboarding.Prepare appointments, promotion letters, and manage HR admin tasks.Lead employee wellness initiatives.Facilitate induction and policy workshops.Manage and educate on employee benefits.Administer performance management, training, and education.Contribute to policy development and documentation.Compile and submit Employment Equity Plans and reports.Maintain and update the People ESS leave module.Prepare and report HR statistics monthly and quarterly.Assist employees with IR and HR-related queries.Manage HR projects and research as needed.Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and audits.Conduct regular policy and procedure training.Coordinate CSI initiatives for Shared Services.Job Experience and Skills Required:Completed Bcom Honors in Accounting and related field.5+ years experience in a similar role in finance.
