Hire Resolve's client, an animal feed manufacturer, is actively seeking a dynamic Human Resource Manager to join their team.
As an HR Manager, you will be integral in driving HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities: Design and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding Oversee employee performance management and development programs Facilitate employee relations by addressing issues and concerns as they arise Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations Implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency Devise and monitor employee engagement initiatives Analyse HR metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions Support training and development efforts to improve skills and knowledge Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role Strong knowledge of HR software and MS Office Suite Understanding of labour laws and regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Benefits Salary: negotiable Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
