Mission:
The purpose of the Human Resource Business Partner role is to replace the current HR Manager until 1 October 2025. During this time the HRBP will be required to develop and execute a People and Leadership strategy and action plan in MineRP to maximize business performance and results.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive a clear People and Leadership agenda.
Drive a performance culture and continuous improvement.
Attract, select, and develop the best talent in the region to build high performing teams.
Ensure that we have a strong pipeline of internal talent performing in their current roles and capable and motivated to develop into new roles in the company.
Strengthen leadership to make sure we have leaders who actively work with People Management to create lasting results.
Ensure a lean and agile organizational design with the skills needed now and in the future.
Promote a learning culture with continuous development and growth.
Actively promote One HR through collaboration in a team of HR resources from both the region and from RCoE with the aim to deliver a great employee and manager experience.
Drive Change management approach when needed.
Set and drive a compensation and benefits strategy including driving the regional pay adjustments and yearly performance calibrations.
Safeguard labour relations.
Alignment of policies, processes etc. with Regional HR Managers/HR Managers colleagues.
Be a role-model for the digital and data-driven way of working.
Lead in diversity and inclusion across MineRP.
Responsibility for SHE within the MineRP organization.
Drive internal communications with a focus on employee engagement.
Learning and Growth:
Participate in activities as described in Personal Development Plan, as agreed with the General Manager.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and skills development processes (best practice, lessons learnt, etc.).
Experience:
Minimum 8 years' experience in broad HR roles, min. 2 of those years in a comparable HR management role. HR management experience on senior level, knowledge of local HR standards, procedures, and legal related topics.
Qualifications:
A tertiary (degree or diploma) in human resource management or any related field of study.
