Job Description Position Overview: Our client seeks to employ a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring the effective management of employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with policies and procedures.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support:   Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Onboarding:   Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Records Management:   Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Policy Implementation:   Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:   Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.
Training and Development:   Help organize training sessions and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Performance Management:   Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking evaluations and feedback.
HR Reporting:   Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee engagement.
Compliance:   Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining knowledge of relevant regulations.
Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
