Minimum Requirements:

Matric with a B. Degree in Human Capital, HR, or related field of study.5+ years of experience as a Personnel/HR Officer, including handling unions, retrenchments, and disciplinary matters up to CCMA level.Experience with the Bargaining Council for the Metal Industries (MEIBC) is highly advantageous.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.Proactive, results-driven, organised, with strong attention to detail.High level of ownership, confidentiality, and commitment to people and business.Willingness to travel by air and own car (10-12 nights per annum, could increase).Must be eager to develop and possibly pursue further education in Labour Law.
