Responsibilities: Conduct labour relations processes as per Company policy and SA labour law Recruitment and onboarding process Ensure resignations and termination paperwork is complete and submitted to payroll Manage company Employment Equity Manage the regulatory submissions Manage Department of Labour inspections Complete HR tasks on key strategic projects to ensure successful implementation Ongoing engagement with business partners to ensure alignment with key processes Assist with training and development, content creation, assist with updating and maintaining the Learning Management System Compile and check data/ information for Company newsletter and presentations Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Research HR trends and best practice to suggest new HR strategies HR system management: Assist with the review of the payroll input and submit payroll information to the payroll administrator Capture and manage training, performance, and IR data in the DNA ESS system Draw and analyse system reports as required Analyze and report on a variety of HR metrics across the business Employee relations management: Assist and resolve employee queries, requests, and concerns Handle conflict management and mediation Provide counselling and coaching Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification preferably an HR diploma or degree Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position Must thoroughly understand SA labour and employment law Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Own transport and a valid driver's license Deadline-driven and able to prioritize a high workload Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
