Hub Manager - West Rand

Job Summary: The Hub Manager is responsible for the overall management of the hub, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction.
The role involves overseeing inventory, logistics, safety, and quality control, as well as driving performance metrics, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring the smooth running of the hub.
Requirements MatricRelated Tertiary Education6+ years experience in Logistics4+ years experience in ManagementSound knowledge of E-CommerceExcellent communication skillsCustomer service skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Responsibilities Oversees the Distribution Centre, including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.Balance workloads as needed to achieve production and delivery goals for Distribution CentreManage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.Make sure goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.Monitors Centre Managers and associated activities; offers assistance to those with concerns or problems on the work floor.Implements worker safety and health regulations.Meets with other managers to confer about products, shipping times, and distribution issues, among many other concerns.Creates new supply strategiesManage staff resources and allocate suppliesThe ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected changes.
