Hse Officer / Controller -Jhb

Requirements: Nebosh / SAMTRAC / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. 7 years' experience in Construction / Engineering industry. Experience with projects in Africa and willingness to travel. HIRA experience. Good understanding of incident investigation. Electrical experience preferred. SACPCMP registered will be an added advantage. Responsibilities, but not limited to: Developing and implementing project-specific HSE control measures. Conducting regular inspections and audits to monitor project and retail services performance. Co-ordinate sub-contractors Safety personnel on project sites. Compiling and implementing site specific HSE files for projects and maintain files. Ensuring that all tender and proposal documents comply with relevant HSE regulations and standards the project lifecycle. Implement and maintain HSE system to ISO standards. Providing safety training to workshop and office staff. Monitoring and maintaining safety equipment and ensuring that it is in good working condition.
