They are seeking an HRIS & Process Specialist to join their team in Stellenbosch, South Africa. This role combines technical expertise with HR knowledge to streamline HR operations, enhance data accuracy, and ensure systems adoption across the business. The specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of HR data, implementing process improvements, reporting and providing training and support to HR teams and other users of HR systems.What you'll do:As an HRIS & Process Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resource Information Systems within the organisation. Your role will involve analysing current workflows, developing best practices for system usage, collaborating with various teams to design new features, ensuring data integrity, staying updated with payroll regulations, administering the HRIS, streamlining processes through automation, implementing security protocols, and more. You will be at the forefront of enhancing the efficiency of our client's HR operations.Analyse current HR system workflows in line with HR processes recommending improvements.Develop and implement best practices for HRIS usage and data management.Collaborate with HR teams, IT teams, external developers and internal stakeholders to design and deploy new system features and enhancements.Ensure data integrity in all systems and perform regular system audits to ensure data process and system integrity as well as functionality.Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and laws and ensure system alignment.Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring system integrity and data accuracy.Streamline HR processes through automation and system improvements.Implement security protocols to protect sensitive HR data from unauthorized access.What you bring:The ideal candidate for this position is someone who holds a relevant Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Analysis or Human Resources. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role along with a minimum of 3 years experience on SAGE300. Experience in HR processes and systems is essential. Familiarity with Absorb, SimplifyHR and SimplifyTeams would be advantageous. Strong relationship skills are required along with an analytical mindset.
