HR Talent Partner Manufacturing Durban North, Durban - Kwa Zulu Natal - South Africa
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the HR strategy to support the business's objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
With a focus on talent acquisition, management, and retention, you will collaborate closely with management and line managers to understand and meet talent needs, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and aligned with business goals.
The role also involves spearheading employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive workplace culture, and driving diversity and inclusion efforts.
This position requires a BCom Degree/Honours in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology, along with 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR generalist.
You will have a deep understanding of BCEA, EEA, LRA, SDA, and B-BBEE, with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
You will also be responsible for HR policy development, organisational and job design, and ensuring compliance during mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
This role demands a results-driven professional with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively under pressure while upholding strong ethical standards.
