Hr Systems & Payroll Administrator - Mining

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a dedicated HR Systems & Payroll Administrator to join their well-established mining company in Gauteng.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR systems, ensuring the accurate processing of payroll, and providing support to the HR department regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Responsibilities: Administer and maintain HR systems to ensure accurate employee records and payroll processing Process payroll accurately and on time, including managing deductions and tax compliance Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries for management review Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate data input and compliance with labor regulations Provide support to employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues Assist with the implementation of new HR systems and procedures for continuous improvement Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency Requirements Grade 12 Degree/Diploma in HR Management or related field.
5 years' experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
Extensive knowledge in Access Control/Time and Attendance, and system support.
Extensive experience on SAGE 300 People Payroll.
