KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Support Business Performance through people management enablement Facilitate Human Resources Service Delivery Enable talent management Support workforce and remuneration management Coordinate employee wellness and engagement initiatives and related events Enable transformation through fair HR practice REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Diploma in Human Resources DESIRED EDUCATION: None REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources or related environment DESIRED EXPERIENCE: None REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Onboarding and Probation Management Performance Management Event coordination and initiative facilitation One to one facilitation skills Human Resources policies and procedures Recruitment and selection Workforce Management systems and application People Management practices Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Employee benefits and remuneration policies Transformation fair practices HR Service Delivery insight and application Shared Services processes All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
