Employee Relations and EngagementChampion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and morale.Address employee relations issues to foster a positive work environment.Promote diversity and inclusion across the workplace. Leadership and CollaborationAct as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.Manage and develop the HR operations team to build a culture of continuous improvement.Work closely with production, operations, and leadership teams to align HR efforts with business objectives. Transitional Responsibilities:Payroll Management: Oversee accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and lead the digital migration from VIP to PaySpace.Talent Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent across the organization.Learning and Development: Oversee training programs, succession planning, and ensure alignment with workforce needs.BBBEE Strategy: Drive BBBEE compliance, strategy, and audit processes.Occupational Health and Safety: Provide guidance on safety matters and manage incapacity processes.Employment Equity: Develop EE strategy, ensure compliance, and act as Senior Manager for EE reporting.Compensation Management: Implement salary benchmarking and ensure compliance with remuneration policies.Requirements:Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior HR management, with expertise in generalist HR and specialist IR functions.Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HR pillars, labour law compliance, and HR systems.Key Competencies:Leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans.High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all organizational levels.Advanced computer literacy and business acumen.
