HR Officer: Recruitment Johannesburg Fixed Term Contract Human Resources / Recruitment JHB North, Johannesburg - Gauteng HR Officer: Recruitment Johannesburg Fixed Term Contract Salary: up to R585,141.71pa CTC Purpose of the role: The post will be responsible for the Recruitment & Selection including recruitment processes such as shortlisting, interviews, competency assessments and integrity checks to attract the best talent for the company.
The post is also responsible for review of recruitment policies and procedures; probation management; on-boarding, relocation, transfers.
Requirements and Experience: A three (3) year National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Equivalent 3 years experience in Recruitment and Selection Administration Experience in the development of Recruitment strategies and policies Experience in the development of HR policies and systems Knowledge of Statutory Legislation such as Employment Equity, Labour Relations and BCEA Knowledge of Recruitment and Selection Knowledge of HR best Practice Strong administrative skills Key Performance Areas: Recruitment and Selection Develop the Recruitment Plan aligned to the HR Operational plan Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position identifying effective sources Draft recruitment advertisements with the applicable job specifications and complete the vacancy advertising processes.
Provide response handling and compile long list of all applications received.
Coordinate the screening of applications for positions in order to draw up a short list of ideal candidates Coordinate the Interview processes Conduct Competency and Integrity Checks Coordinate the appointment process i.e.
draft recruitment report, offer and appointment letter Conduct on boarding on new employees.
Coordinate Relocation processes when required Coordinate staff movements such as internal transfers, acting and secondments HR Administration: Draft, implement and maintain standard operating procedures for Recruitment and Selection Maintain and update a staff establishment/vacancy database in line with the Organisational Structure Provide advice and assistance to other departmental managers on Recruitment and Selection Provide training to management on Recruitment policies & procedures Manage the recruitment file and submit to Registry Coordinate Probation processes and finalise confirmation of employment Reporting: Monthly reporting on; Recruitment plan, Occupancy and Vacancy reports, Contract management report NB: Should you not be contacted within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful.
