Duties & Responsibilities
Attend to all administration aspects of the recruitment process, including promotions, transfers, and internal/external appointments.
Attend to the administration aspects of the termination and exit process, including resignations, retirements, dismissals, and deaths, as related to both staff and weekly paid employees.
Attend to all administration aspects related to personnel movements and salary adjustments, for both staff and weekly paid employees.
Oversee the administrative aspects related to job gradings, job evaluations, role profiles, etc.
Support the building of employment relations within the division by timorously attending to all IR issues, in conjunction with the HRM.
Provide high-quality human resources reporting and administrative function, in line with requirements.
Process and monitor the Request to Recruitment document up to the final approval stage.
Process internal and external advertisements.
Act as the primary point of contact for industrial relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Provide insights and recommendations on HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with MEIBC regulations and standards.
Conduct interviews in conjunction with HR Manager and Line Management.
Process reference and qualification checks.
Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, including BCEA, LRA, etc.
Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, including employee turnover, absenteeism, and other key performance indicators.
Desired Experience & Qualification
National Diploma in HR related field.
Bachelor's degree in HR related field advantageous.

Pay: R100,000.00 - R120,000.00 per year
