Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations. Manage paperwork and documentation for new hires. Conduct exit interviews and process employee terminations. HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Generate and analyse HR reports as needed. Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs. Address employee inquiries related to benefits. Collaborate with vendors to resolve benefit-related issues. Employee Relations: Support the resolution of employee relations issues. Maintain open lines of communication with employees to address concerns. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies. Time and Attendance Management: Oversee timekeeping systems and processes. Generate and review time and attendance reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Recruitment Support: Collaborate with recruiters in posting job openings. Assist in scheduling interviews and assessments. Coordinate candidate communication and feedback. Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops. Track employee training and development activities. Support the implementation of professional development programs. Compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure HR processes adhere to legal requirements. Assist in preparing for audits and inspections.
