Job PurposeResponsible for the full Human Resource function such as processes, Policies, Procedures, Recruitment and people related activities, especially all IR matters and Performance Management Systems.Coordination of training and development and assisting the Group HR Manager and Warehouse Executive to ensure compliance with all legislative requirements such as Employment Equity, WSP, etc.Qualifications And Or ExperienceMatric/ Grade 125 - 6 years' experience within the Human Resource environment, minimum of 4 years HR Generalist experience of which 2 years must be in a senior HR Officer roleTertiary qualification (degree level) in Human ResourcesMust have strong experience in IR and performance management systemsSelf-starter and thinkerExcellent interpersonal skills.
