Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a HR Officer for one of our clients in Cape Town that will be r espo n sible for the u nderta k ing and c ompletion of the d a ytod a y trans a ctional HR administr a tive tasks a nd fun c tions.
Assist and supp o rt the National HR Ma n ager to u n dertake and a c hieve str a tegic HR pla n s activities and goals.
Sup p ort the Divisio n al HR Manager to e nsure t h at the Division is c ompliant with the vari o us statuto r y laws and requireme n ts.
Complete the Re c ruitment and S e lection pro c ess e s. Facilitate the Performa n ce Appraisal pro c ess.
Underta k e and c omplete the T raining and Develo p ment proc e sse s .
Underta k e and c omplete the IR & ER pro c esse s .
Act as a Liais o n betwe e n the bra n ch / factory a nd the U n ion & Bargaining C ouncil.
Steer and c ontrol Payr o ll Adm i nistration.
Underta k e and c omplete Employee Benefits and Payroll Administration.
Participate in the EE Committee and complete a n d assist with EE re q uirements / matters.
Assist with the BBBEE audit as a nd when require d .
Support a n d assi s t the Divisional HR Man a ger and Gener a l Site Manager with any other re a sona b le tasks r e levant to the specific environm e nt.
Requirements Diploma / NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management Essential Bachelors Degree ( 3 year s ) / NQF level 7 in Human Resource Management Preferred Human Resource Management Recruitment and Selection Performance Management Payroll Administration Legal and Compliance Learning and Development IR & ER HR Reporting Employee Wellness
