Our client is looking for an HR Officer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various HR functions efficiently.
Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.Provide advice and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
