• Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on HR matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead initiatives for employee engagement, wellness, and training & development programs.
• Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and ethical practices.
